CPAH is excited to announce the development of Eve B. Lee Place! This innovative development will create 34 energy-efficient, healthy, and affordable apartments for seniors as well as a modern, regional hub for the delivery of affordable housing services—assisting over 1,000 household per year!
The new building, located at 500 Peterson Road in Libertyville, will offer a mix of one- and two-bedroom accessible apartments along with important community spaces to promote healthy lifestyles, build a sense of community, combat isolation, and enhance quality of life. The first floor will also include space for CPAH’s new offices—creating a regional, one-stop shop where even more community members can get help securing and maintaining safe, healthy, accessible, and stable housing.
Construction will begin in the fall of 2024 and is expected to be complete in late 2025.
