How to get started:
CPAH’s pre-purchase education classes are offered in both English and Spanish during the evenings and weekends. All classes are taught by HUD-Certified Housing Counselors. Class registration is required. A $50 non-refundable fee is due at the time of registration. You can register up to two members of the same household for one $50 fee. However, both household members must be registered to ensure space is available.
Those arriving more than 15 minutes late will not receive a Certificate of Completion. This certificate is required by some mortgage lenders in order to obtain a loan. It is also required to receive down payment assistance through CPAH.
