Our Impact

Without a decent home that you can afford, everything else falls apart.

CPAH has helped develop or preserve over 1,750 units of affordable housing and provided housing-related services for over 25,000 residents.

Key impacts over the years:

– 1,150 units of affordable rental housing have been built or preserved

– 160 distressed homes were acquired, rehabilitated and re-sold; strengthening neighborhoods and providing quality affordable housing for low-income households

– 260 household received forgivable loans and construction management services to make their homes safe, healthy and accessible

– 7,677 households prepared for successful, responsible homeownership through our homebuyer education and counseling

– $10,312,160 of down payment assistance helped 2,230 first-time homebuyers achieve the stability and wealth-building benefits of homeownership

– 91 households purchased a CPAH Community Land Trust home, each one will remain affordable in perpetuity

– 74 households leased or purchased an affordable home through municipal inclusionary housing programs

– 4,077 households received foreclosure prevention services to avoid the devastating impacts that foreclosures have on families and communities

– $2+ million of rental assistance has prevented eviction and homelessness for hundreds of low-income residents
